The Journalism Awards project “Shuki” is implemented through a partnership between the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) and cross-Caucasus media platform JAMnews.

ESTDEV is a government-funded foundation responsible for managing and implementing Estonia’s international development cooperation and humanitarian assistance projects.

The foundation achieves this aim through partnerships and investments that:

• reduce poverty, 
• strengthen democratic governance, 
• build sustainable economies,
• help people emerge from humanitarian crises and progress beyond assistance.
